Yes, you can directly input DNA extracted using this kit into any long-read sequencing workflow.
To increase the amount of DNA recovered, simply increase the amount of MagBinding Beads and DNA Elution Buffer used in the system (e.g. 100 µl MagBinding Beads eluted in 150 µl DNA elution buffer can bind up to 20-25 µg of HMW DNA).
